the drive along the #1 Hwy from Vancouver, BC to the junction
in Hope, B.C., Canada. From Hope there are 3 highways that will
connect you to the Okanagan Valley ( #3 Hwy, #5 Hwy, #1 Hwy).
Highway #3 is the route we prefer connecting to Kelowna and onto
Vernon.
Calgary, Alberta, Canada:
Take the #1 Hwy through Banff National Park into the
province of British Columbia. Along the way watch for road signs
to Vernon, BC via Hwy#97. Continue south along Hwy #97 to Vernon,
B.C.
Edmonton, Alberta, Canada:
Take Hwy #16 towards Jasper National Park. Just outside
of the borders of the park and once you have entered the province
